The meeting was called to order at 2 pm. In attendance were Supervisors Brandt, Wortham & Badger, and the Clerk.

Supervisor Badger presented some options for locating expanded office and restroom space and explained some details for requirements on restrooms based on a building capacity of 150 persons. Each restroom should have 3 stalls and be handicapped accessible.

The discussion continued with ideas for going forward with the plan. The supervisors will review the presented options and decide on a plan. Next steps will then focus on:

1. Getting survey to verify location of new septic system.
2. Solicit basic estimate for the septic system design and install.
3. Obtain further information regarding removal or mitigation of any materials containing asbestos.
4. Get input from plumbing professional on best options.
5. Compile list of possible general contractors to be approached.

There being no further business to conduct, the meeting adjourned at 4:15 pm.
