The meeting was called to order at 11:30 am at Moonlite Bay restaruant. Board members Peterson, and Bilek were in attendance, along with Patty Norgaard. The purpose of the meeting was to discuss community development issues.

Discussion focused on her WAPOA position as Governmental Liaison. The past, present and future relationship with Ideal Township and the importance of water to our economy. The need to coordinate with Crow Wing County regarding a number of issues including AIS, VRBO, AIRBnB and other county wide challenges.

No Board action was taken.

There being no further business to conduct, the meeting adjourned at 12:30 pm.
