The meeting was called to order at 2 pm. In attendance were Supervisors Brandt, Wortham & Badger and the Clerk.

Supervisor Brandt presented a package of info from the legal conference he had recently attended.

A discussion took place regarding a review of the monthly treasurer reports format:

1. The clerk presented a package of reports for each month so far in 2012 in a format that had been recommended by the auditor. The package included a Statement of Receipts, Disbursements and Balances, a revised Budget vs Actual report, and an Account Reconciliation for each month year-to-date;
2. The Board requested changes in the formatting of the reports to make them more easily read & understood;
3. The coding of transactions was discussed to assure that the reports are meaningful.

A discussion took place regarding updates and clarification of the personnel policy document. The current policy was reviewed and updates were outlined. The clerk will present a revised document at the next Board meeting.

There being no further business to conduct, the meeting adjourned at 4:35 pm.
