The meeting was called to order at 11 am. In attendance were Supervisors Brandt, Wortham, and the Clerk.

Supervisor Wortham motioned to accept the resignation of Supervisor Badger with regrets and thanks to Badger for his exemplary service to the township. Second by Brandt. Carried unanimous.

Wortham motioned to appoint David Peterson to fill Badger’s seat until the Annual Meeting & election on March 13th. Second by Brandt. Carried unanimous including the clerk.

Discussion continued about supervisor assignments until the annual qualification meeting after the annual meeting. Wortham suggested that he take over the transfer station and the new supervisor serve as the fire department liason. All other assignments will stay the same.

There being no further business to conduct, the meeting adjourned at 11:15 pm.
