The meeting was called to order at 3 pm.

In attendance were Supervisors Brandt, Wortham & Badger, the Clerk, and Chief Clasen.

Supervisor Brandt discussed his review of the 2012 receipts and disbursements. There were several one-time expenses that caused some funds to go over budget, but overall the expenditures were in line.

Supervisor Wortham presented a comparison of recent budget vs actual and a proposed budget totaling $875,000 for 2014. This proposed budget represents a 1.7% increase from the 2013 budget total of $860,000.

Chief Clasen explained his review of the fire department expenditures during 2012.

The discussion continued with plans for another budget meeting in January.

There being no further business to conduct, the meeting adjourned at 5:10 pm.
