The meeting was called to order at 8:00 am.  Supervisors Peterson and Johnson, the Clerk and Mark Hallan of Widseth Smith Nolting (WSN) were in attendance.

Discussion of the details of the sign inventory proposal was discussed. All 76 road segments will be evaluated, each sign will be geo-located, ranked by condition, and listed on a spreadsheet to be provided to the township.

Recommendations will be made regarding replacement, repair, removal, and/or adding signs to meet MN DoT standards and to maintain traffic safety. Street signs will also be noted. The project is expected to be completed within 30 days of the start of work.

A map of the township with all signs noted could be produced from the data at a later time, but is not included in the current proposal.

Hallan and the Clerk went through the list of roads and located each on a map so that WSN staff can efficiently visit each area.

There being no further business to conduct, the meeting adjourned at 9:30 am.
