The meeting was called to order at 7:00 am. Board members Peterson, and Ommen were in attendance, along with the Clerk and Deputy Clerk. The officers carpooled to the Rockwood Convention Center in Otsego, Minnesota to attend MN Association of Township’s Town Law Review training session. The training session was also attended by many other township officers.

The officers received training on many township legal topics including cartway disputes, understanding the MN Municipal Money Market (4M) fund program, creating a respectful work environment, planning & zoning essentials, certifying claims on property tax bills, and contracting issues. A presentation by MN State Auditor Julie Blaha gave an overview of the auditor office services & programs.

No Board action was taken.

There being no further business to conduct, the meeting adjourned at 5:00 pm.
