Chairman Wortham called the meeting to order at 10:00 A.M. The proposed truck rotation and the North-side Fire Department substation expenses were discussed in length.

Motion by Wortham to submit the following budget proposal for 2006 at the Annual Meeting March 8th, 2005:

General Revenue - $94,000
Capital Reserve - $115,000
Park - $2,000
Road & Bridge - $122,000
Construction - $150,000
Recycling - $5,000
Fire - $102,000
Total - $590,000
Carried - unanimous.
