Chairman Wortham called the meeting to order at 1:00 P.M. Supervisor Steffen was not in attendance.

The Board of Supervisors reviewed the clerk's books and Annual Financial Summary Reports in detail.

Motion by Wortham to accept the Annual Financial Summary Reports as accurately stating the receipts and disbursements of Ideal Township for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2002. Carried-  unanimous

The budget for 2004 was discussed. Chairman Wortham suggested an increase for disposal might be necessary at the Transfer Station in 2004 due to increased expenses for recycling and transfer fees. The truck rotation and upcoming expenses were examined, along with increased insurance expenses.

Motion by Brandt to submit the following budget proposal for 2004 at the Annual Meeting March 11th, 2003:

        General Revenue                        $  95,000 .00
        Capital Reserve                           $115,000.00
        Park                                             $    4,000.00
        Road & Bridge                             $125,000.00
        Construction                                $158,000 .00
        Recycling                                     $   2,000 .00
        Fire                                              $  66,000.00
