Chairman Taylor with the Pledge of Allegiance called the meeting to order at 7:00P.M. Supervisor Badger was not in attendance.

The Board of Supervisors reviewed the clerk's books and Annual Financial Summary Reports in detail.

Motion by Wortham to zero out the balances of the individual accounts as of 1/1/2002. Carried - unanimous

Motion by Taylor to accept the Annual Financial Summary Reports as accurately stating the receipts and disbursements of Ideal Township for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2001. Carried - unanimous

The budget for 2003 was discussed. The maintenance department has expressed need for a replacement for our current grader and a salt building.

Motion by Taylor to submit the following budget proposal at the annual meeting March 12, 2002:

           General Revenue                        $ 75,000.00

           Capital Reserve                          $114,000.00

           Park                                            $    3,000.00

           Road & Bridge                            $125,000.00

           Construction                               $158,000.00

           Recycling                                    $    2,000.00

           Fire                                             $  63,000.00

                                                     Total $540,000.00

Carried - unanimous.
