Vic Kreuziger questioned how the charges at the Transfer Station were determined. Supervisor Brandt advised Mr. Kreuziger that some items were determined by cubic yard used in the dumpster and others were by the individual piece, such as appliances and mattresses. In addition, Mr. Kreuziger requested the township send a newsletter out on a quarterly basis. Supervisor Plein explained the newsletter was intended to be sent out annually in the spring and was an effort to get more residents to attend the Annual Township meeting in March and give an update of the previous years accomplishments in the township. Also, Vic asked if the road transition between Highway 16 and Ruttger Road was scheduled to be smoothed out in the near future as there was a significant lip between the two roads. As reported at an earlier meeting, Supervisor Brandt stated that the county was responsible for this and they had been contacted. Brandt agreed to call Rob Hall from the county again and see when the repair is scheduled or if the township could make the repair on its own.
