The meeting was called to order by Supervisor Brandt at 10 am. Supervisors Brandt & Wortham were in attendance, along with the clerk and representatives from the county land services office, Gary Griffin & Sandra Ehrich.

Mr. Griffin started the meeting by reading a letter explaining conditions and process relating to the assessment of property during the year.

Two residents were present asking for information regarding their property valuation. No request for changes.

Griffin presented information on 3 additional requests to be considered.

1. Moody property on Strawberry Lake had been assessed at the higher frontage rate for Ossiwinimakee Lake. Value lowered to be consistent with correct lake frontage rate. Carried unanimous.

2. Corzine on Clear Lake value reduced due to severe vegetation and excess frontage. Carried unanimous.

3. Golden on Whitefish had been appraised at slightly lower value. Assessed value consistent with comparable sales. No change recommended. Carried unanimous.

As there was no further business to transact, the meeting adjourned at 12:30 am.
