The meeting was called to order at 9:00 am. All members, the Clerk, Denny Rahm, and Dan from Allied Blacktop were in attendance.

Supervisor Wortham opened read the road bids as follows:

• Allied Blacktop for chip sealcoating - $149,090.00
• Tri-City Paving for resurfacing - $268, 841.00
• Anderson Bros. for resurfacing - $214,841.00
• Pearson Bros. for chip sealcoating - $118,408.50
• Anderson Bros. for crack sealing - $5230.31
• Lakeshore Construction for crack sealing - $4570.00

Motion by Wortham, second by Peterson to award contracts to low bidders; Anderson Bros. for resurfacing, Pearson Bros. for chip sealcoating, and Lakeshore Construction for crack sealing. Carried unanimous.

There being no further business to conduct, the meeting adjourned at 9:45 pm.
