Supervisor Wortham called the meeting to order at 10: 15 am. Supervisor Taylor was not in attendance.

The Board determined that health and dental coverage would remain the same for the 2003 year for Ideal Township employees.

A discussion regarding observed holidays for Ideal Township took place. The employees requested President's Day be added to the holiday list.

An increase of 55 cents per hour for Maintenance workers Tim Tabbert and Jens Bach, an increase of 75 cent increase for the clerk, Deana St. Pierre and a 25 cent increase for Doug Kreft, Transfer Station Operator, was suggested by the Board.

Motion by Steffen to increase Maintenance workers Tim Tabbert and Jens Bach by 55 cents per hour, Deana St. Pierre by 75 cents per hour and Transfer Station Operator, Doug Kreft, by 25 cents per hour and to add President's Day to the Ideal Township Holiday schedule. Carried -unanimous
