The meeting was called to order by Supervisor Brandt at 10 am. Supervisors Brandt & Wortham were in attendance, along with the clerk and representatives from the county land services office, Gary Griffin & Shawn Mcutcheon. Eight residents were also in attendance.

Mr Griffin started the meeting by reading the attached letter explaining conditions and process relating to the assessment of property during the year.

Each resident was then brought to the Board to explain their concerns and ask questions. Adjustments were approved by the Board in two cases:

Merritt Jones – lot depth issue - $24,300 EMV reduction;
Scott Mumm – quality reduction - $40,000 EMV reduction.

As there was no further business to transact, the meeting adjourned at 12:30 pm.
