The meeting was called to order at 8 am. In attendance were Supervisors Brandt and Wortham and the Clerk. In addition, the auditor Judy Moravic was in attendance.

A discussion took place regarding the review of the annual audit:

1. Ms Moravic presented the “Report of Concern to the Office of the State Auditor” including findings of fact;
2. Presented Draft #2 of the annual independent auditor’s report;
3. Reviewed management letter with suggestions for improvements to internal controls.

Motion by Wortham, seconded by Brandt to accept the auditor’s report as presented.

There being no further business to conduct, the meeting adjourned at 9:15 am.
