J. Craig Wallace is the township clerk-treasurer and maintains all the township records and accounts, keeps a handle on the day-to-day management of the town hall, and helps keep the supervisors informed. Office hours are Monday-Friday from 10:00 am - 3:00 pm. Please call to confirm.

Ideal Township has two full-time maintenance workers. Denny Rahm lives in Pine River and brings with him 18 years of experience running his own construction business. Curtis Hoefs lives in Pequot Lakes and had worked road construction for Anderson Brothers for 12 years.
Paid on Call Fire Department
This group of 26 dedicated residents serve the township as our top-notch fire department. Each member is skilled in fire fighting & rescue operations and must maintain certification through regular drills, training and testing. Send an Email

Transfer Station
The transfer station is managed & maintained for the residents of Ideal and surrounding communities. Vida Bjorklund and Lynn Moser are the lead attendants and manage day-to-day operations at the transfer station. Richard Atkinson, Bob Anderson, and Ronald Bickford are attendants.
