Many events are held in the hall & park - especially during the summer months - and that means there is often pedestrian traffic crossing the road. To enhance safety for both pedestrians and motorists, the board has installed a crosswalk across Butternut Point Road.

If you are driving in this area, please remember that you must yield to pedestrians in the crosswalk area and be aware of children playing in the park area.

If you are a pedestrian in the park area, please be aware that Butternut Point Road is often a busy thoroughfare and alway make sure it is safe before crossing.
