Ideal Township Special Meeting
Monday, September 25th, 2006

The meeting was called to order by Supervisor Wortham at 10:00am. All members were in attendance.

A discussion regarding the road easement through Nehl's Acres took place. Legal Council for the Township, Gerry Brine, reviewed the Affidavit and the Resolution along with all of the Board members. The Board determined that all interest in Township Roads previously located on any of the lots in the plat of Nehl's Acres, Crow Wing County, Minnesota are satisfied; and all interest in Township Roads located on Lots 1 through 5, Nehl's Acres are hereby extinguished; and the Township's interest is Township Road Number 19, as recorded, is hereby ratified.

Motion by Wortham, seconded by Brandt to have the Clerk execute the aforesaid Affidavit. Carried - unanimous

The Resolution and Affidavit were signed by the Clerk and Supervisor Wortham.

The meeting adjourned at 10:25 am.
