Board Meeting March 2013

Monday, March 11, 2013

The meeting was called to order by Supervisor Brandt at 7:00 p.m. with the Pledge of Allegiance. All members were in attendance.

Motion by Peterson, seconded by Brandt to accept the minutes of the February 18th, 2013 Board Meeting as presented. Carried unanimous.

The meeting was called to order by Supervisor Brandt at 7:00 p.m. with the Pledge of Allegiance. Supervisors Brandt and Peterson were in attendance.

Motion by Peterson, seconded by Brandt to accept the minutes of the January 14th, 2013 Board Meeting, the January 21st Special Meeting, and the January 28th Special Meeting as presented. Carried unanimous.

Special Meeting January 28, 2013

The meeting was called to order at 9 am. In attendance were Supervisors Brandt, Wortham, Peterson, and the Clerk.

Supervisor Brandt reviewed the proposed budget from the January 21st Special Meeting.

Discussion continued with a review of each fund’s proposed budget and any concerns and ideas that could affect the budget needs in 2014.

The meeting was called to order at 10 am. In attendance were Supervisors Brandt, Wortham, Peterson, and the Clerk.

Supervisor Brandt explained some of the events & conditions that contributed to the overages in some funds.

The meeting was called to order at 11 am. In attendance were Supervisors Brandt, Wortham, and the Clerk.

Supervisor Wortham motioned to accept the resignation of Supervisor Badger with regrets and thanks to Badger for his exemplary service to the township. Second by Brandt. Carried unanimous.
